Minimum Order Quantity: £500 for initial orders
Reorder Minimum: £250
Wholesale Discount: 40-50% off retail prices depending on order volume

Volume Discounts:

• Orders £500-£999: 40% off retail
• Orders £1,000-£2,499: 45% off retail
• Orders £2,500+: 50% off retail

Terms & Conditions

• Payment Terms: Orders require payment in advance
• Shipping: Free UK shipping on orders over £1,000; international shipping calculated at checkout
• Returns: Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or credit
• Lead Time: Standard orders ship within 2-3 weeks; custom or large orders may require 4-6 weeks
